We would like to introduce this installation, equipped with the most advanced treatment to be used in the purification and disinfection of water for human consumption and to offer solutions to the problems of increasing complex treatment.

These plants are built in the factory and sent to their destination once they have passed all working tests and ready for start up.

The working system is totally automatic and controlled by means of PLC and touch screen which controls the treatment process and adjusts the dosage of reagents by means of different entrances (sensors, flow meter, switches, etc) .According to the sanitation regulations of each country for water for human consumption and according to each application, different modules are to be installed.

The complete plant (40 ft container) from 7 to 10m3/h, has all the modules.

We will evaluate each one.

The treatment carried out is the following:

MAIN MODULE

-Measuring of flow by jeans of electromagnetic flow meter.
-Flocculation by adding reagents and show speed agitator.
-Water decanting, in lamella decanter with water storage tank
-Dosage (Sodium hypochlorite, coagulant & flocculant).
-Pumping of water to filtering (1+1)
-Double filter in parallel in mixed bed of sand-anthracite
-Holding reservoir for treated water and cleaning deposit
-Washing water pump
-Automatic chlorination unit.
-Compressor and air drier for pneumatic circuit for automation
-Electric and pneumatic board for automatic control of the plant by means of a programmable automatic PLC and touch screen.

SECUNDARY MODULE

-Active carbon filter (Elimination of organic pollutants and pesticide in chlorine base.)
-Security filter of 10 microns.
-Disinfection with ultraviolet lamp (Disinfection).
