Our Omega Belt Filter CC ® has been designed for CONTINUOUS mechanical dehydration for industrial or urban sludge.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
The Combined Omega CC ® equipment has been designed for continuous mechanical dehydration for industrial or urban sludge.
This compact operating technique is very simple and offers the functions of a gravity thickening table and a belt filter.

WORKING PRINCIPLE.
The sludge which has been pre-treated for dehydration comes in through the sludge entrance flange. This sludge is distributed uniformly on the Belt. The water which it contains passes across the Belt and is channeled into a tank. In order to evacuate the water, sludge tracks are created thanks to the combs in the zone.
The sludge is sent to a filtering Belt with a finer opening which makes pressing easier.
