- WORKING PRINCIPLE

Our OMEGA BELT FILTER 1000 ® is made with a stainless steel 304 frame and has a feeding system and sludge distribution on Entrance, a draining zone which works via gravity thanks to a group of elements which separate the sludge make drainage easier, a high pressure zone which is characterised by its “S” shape and the engine which is driven by the motor reducer, the continuous cloth washing zone, automatic centering system, hoppers for filtered water collection, internal cabling and pneumatic tubes. It can be manufactured with peripherical equipment if necessary, hoppers for odour control a general control panel.
