- WORKING PRINCIPLE

Our OMEGA BELT FILTER 100000 ® is made with a stainless steel frame and has a level sensor and sludge distribution system on entrance, a draining zone which works via gravity thanks to a group of elements which separate the sludge make drainage easier, and a compression zone .It includes a mechanical system for tensing the belts and the engine which is driven by the motor reducer, the continuous cloth washing zone, automatic centering system, hoppers for filtered water collection, internal cabling and pneumatic tubes. It can be manufactured with peripherical equipment if necessary, hoppers for odour control and a general control panel.
